Egg-citing Adventures Await at the Underwater Egg Hunt!

Calling all little thrill-seekers! Join Southgate Recreation & Park District for an egg hunt like no other! Immerse yourselves in a day of arts, crafts and aquatic egg hunting. The excitement is bubbling up, and the hunt is on! Egg hunts are carefully crafted for different age groups, each with its designated underwater hunt time. While we believe in the joy of the hunt, there’s no need to count your eggs because this event is all about the thrill. Keep your eyes peeled for the golden egg – the lucky finder gets an extra special prize. The Bunny will be making a splash at the event! Capture the moment at the photo booth and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Save on tickets and register ahead of time! Preregister your child for $5 or pay $7 per child for drop-in. Accompanying family members don’t need to register – the more, the merrier! This underwater extravaganza is tailored for children ages 12 and under. Kids under 7 should have an adult buddy to keep the fun flowing, even in the water.

Don’t forget to bring a mesh bag or basket to collect your underwater treasures. Safety first! If you’re a little fish in training or a non-swimmer, bring along your Coast Guard approved life jacket to wear. We’ve got a limited supply available for loan. Get ready for a day filled with laughter, splashes and underwater surprises at the Underwater Egg Hunt – where the hunt is on, and the fun never stops!
