WildHawk Golf Club Food & Beverage Operations
Southgate Recreation & Park District is seeking proposals to provide food and beverage operations including a full bar at WildHawk Grille located within the WildHawk Golf Club Clubhouse. These services will include at least one, full time, onsite, Food & Beverage Manager who will supervise employees and manage operations of WildHawk Grille, bar, banquet and catering services, scheduling, ordering, inventory management, services and product quality control, the coordination of tournament banquets and other special events.
