Wildhawk North Future Park Site

The District is working with Taylor Morrison to build turnkey parks with the Wildhawk North subdivision. In total, there will be approximately 12.4 acres of parkland within the Wildhawk North subdivisions. Two parks will be constructed by Taylor Morrison, and the third park will be developed by the District in the future. The District held its second community meeting to gather input and feedback on the desired amenities for the parks on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. The master plan has been finalized and approved. Currently the developer is working on construct plans.

Gardner Parke Subdivision Park

The District has an agreement with Lennar Homes of California to build a 6.9-acre turnkey park within the Gardner Parke Subdivision. The park will be located west of Gingello Way, east of Legran Drive, in the Florin Vineyard Community Plan area. The first phase of the park is proposed to include two soccer fields, a baseball/softball backstop, a large playground with inclusive play elements, two shade structures, and a half basketball court. Tennis courts with lighting will be shown as an alternate. The second phase will include expansion of the half basketball court to a full court with lighting and alternates not constructed in the first phase. Phase 1 is anticipated to be constructed as a turnkey park with Lennar Homes of California. The plans for the construction of the park has been put out to bid and a contract will be awarded before the end of the year.
