Never Too Late Aerobics
Now streaming live on Zoom, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. In the comfort of your own home, you can participate in this low- impact aerobics program designed specifically for individuals 50 years and age and older. Aerobics aids in the improvement of circulation, mobility, flexibility, muscle tone, balance, and posture. To register you will need to purchase a $20 10 punch pass. Walk with Ease
Walk With Ease is a 6-week program that teaches you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life. The program is designed to help relieve arthritis pain but is suitable for anyone. Each session meets for six weeks, three times per week, lasting about one hour. All you need to get started are comfortable clothes and supportive shoes.
