However you read it, the Winter/Spring Southgator is officially here—and it’s now available at Southgate Recreation & Park District community centers.

This issue carries us through the heart of winter and into the promise of spring, filled with the programs, events, and stories that shape everyday life in the District. 2026 will be the District’s 70-Year Anniversary and the Winter/Spring Southgator kicks off the celebration by inviting you to join us on The Road to 70 Years! The Spotlight section on pages 4 and 5 takes you through the rich history of Southgate Recreation & Park District as you see our commitment to serving the South Sacramento area come to life.
