Join us to celebrate a new bench installation dedicated to former District 1 Board Member Monti Hall. Monti is a long-time active member of the community and his efforts as a Board Member for Division 1 were focused on improving District neighborhoods and encouraging residents to participate with community organizations. He enjoyed helping create partnerships with Sacramento County departments and non-profit organizations to improve the quality and safety of the neighborhood.
