Menopause, the time when a woman stops having her menstrual period, happens to all women regardless of religion, race, socio-economic status or place of residence. Perimenopause usually begins about 4-6 years before menopause begins, but it can last for up to 10 years. Symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, forgetfulness, irritability, fatigue are not uncommon. And while they usually subside within a couple of months, they can be very uncomfortable, and increase stress. This kundalini series is made up of 5 kriyas – 1 learned each week – that have been proven to improve the physical and emotional symptoms associated with perimenopause and menopause.
